Welcome to Your Employee Benefits Hub

Welcome to Your Benefits!

Benefits are an important part of your overall compensation, and South County Health is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family—at work and beyond. This site brings your benefits information together in one place, providing an overview of your benefits along with helpful links, plan details, videos, and resources for easy reference throughout the year.

South County Health offers two medical plan options—the VantageBlue PPO and the BlueSolutions High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)—along with a wide range of benefits to support your health, wellbeing, and financial security. Both plans are designed to give you access to high-quality care, with the greatest value when you choose care within the SCH Network, where you’ll receive coordinated, trusted care close to home.
We’ve made it easy to explore your coverage options and understand how your benefits work. As you review your options, be sure to look beyond payroll contributions and consider potential out-of-pocket costs such as deductibles, copays, and coinsurance.

Making informed benefits decisions helps you get the most value from your coverage while supporting your health and the South County Health community.

2026 SCH Network Providers

When it comes to your health, where you go for care matters. Choosing both providers and facilities in the SCH Network helps keep your care affordable and predictable. Be sure to confirm that both are in the SCH Network, since going outside the network can lead to higher costs.

Many services in the SCH Network are covered with no deductible and $0 out-of-pocket costs. Choosing care outside the network can mean meeting a deductible, paying coinsurance, or facing balance billing for certain services.

The videos below walk through example scenarios that show how care can be received fully within the SCH Network. Each one highlights a different type of health care need and explains what services are covered and what costs could look like, helping you see how staying in the SCH Network can make care simpler and more affordable.
